ELDERS QUORUM LEADERSHIP RETREAT

Last weekend our Elders Quorum had a leadership retreat. We went to the the Dog House ( the Dowden's private lake house just north of Barstow) I was just recently called to be the first counselor in the Elders Quorum. It has been a major task, but a huge blessing in my life. As a Presidency we have completely re-organized the quorum and the home teaching. A lot of hard work in the past month or so has been put into the quorum to make it work like it is suppose to. But, we had a great time this weekend. We had 4 training sessions, taught by the Presidency, Branch Presidency, Stake High Councilmen and our Stake Institute Teacher. Then of course we had a blast out on the water, wake boarding and tubing. We also had some mean volleyball games going in the back yard too. Here are a few pictures from the weekend.
