HEADACHES

I recently have been a lot more consistent with going to the gym everyday. I am waking up around 6:30 everyday and at the gym by 7. Only after a week, 45 minutes a day doing cardio and light lifting I am already starting to see a difference. Along with working out everyday, I have tried to cut back on the amount of food I eat. I don't think that I eat horrible, its just that I eat way too much and its puts on the pounds. I am up to 200 lbs, and wouldn't mind getting down to 175-180. So, simply trying not to eat and be stuffed and only eat to be satisfied. It helps a lot. I have a lot more energy and feel a lot healthier. A few years ago I was up to about 215 and I started to exercise regularly, cut back on the amount of food I eat and dropped like 30 pounds in 3 months. I do eat out for lunch, but I try to get salads, or sandwiches and stay away from the mainstream fast food. I have stopped drinking soda as well, and I think its been giving me headaches the past couple of days. Not very fun. Been drinking tons of water so hopefully I wont get anymore headaches. I'll keep you updated and my progress.
